Drinks, Dames and Don’s is a Pop-Up Mobile Bartending, Event Business, and Event Planning service created and conceptualized by founder and CEO April Padilla. April is a Public Relations, Marketing and Events Professional who has worked for 15 years in the hospitality, beauty and entertainment industries. Her vast knowledge and experience in the hospitality industry propelled her to create a Covid-19 safe business where consumers could continue to enjoy all of the luxuries and fruits of their labor from their own home or space. DDD can do mobile bartending events such as small gatherings, happy hours, cocktail classes, girls nights, bachelor/bachelorette parties, any holiday parties, any kind of party, guys nights, kids parties, dinners, adult themed, backyard bbq’s, pool parties, privately owned boat parties, bar/bat mitzvah’s, christenings, and weddings. We can add food, entertainment, music, dj’s, decor, flowers, cigars, etc. to fit the needs for any gathering, party, or event for an extra charge. Roll the dice, and let us entertain you!

Bar, Alcohol, Food and Event Set Up

DDD  Pop-Up provides, depending on which package or event, a table set-up with all bar tools, fruit, garnishes, cordials, syrups, and bitters. If it is a package in which DDD provides the alcohol, we provide everything stated previously as listed above along with the alcohol. Food, entertainment, music, decor, flowers, cigars, etc. will also be provided dependent on package and/or curated event.

What the Bartender and Drinks, Dames and Don's Provides

The Pop-Up DDD Bartender provides excellent service, cocktail knowledge, efficiency, and a fun warm disposition to every single event! 

What the Client Provides

Depending on the details of the event, the Client might provide everything such as alcohol, food, set-up, entertainment, etc. In those instances, the bartender just comes in to provide their time and service. With other events, the bartender may provide alcohol, bar tools, garnishes, set-up, along with other items that were requested from the host. Those such events are coordinated with DDD and the host.

About our Staff

All of our bartenders and chefs are service industry experienced professionals who are Licensed and Basset Certified Mixologists. Our staff are also Covid Vaccinated. Not only do they make amazing cocktails, drinks, and food but they bring the fun wherever they go! 

Referral Program

DDD relies on referrals to make our business grow. We value all of our clients greatly. As a thank you, every existing client that has booked at least one event with us, will receive 20% off their next event! If an existing client, books 4 events with us, the 5th event is free! Help us grow, and have fun together! 

Deposits, Payments, Gratuity, Cancellations, and Refunds

All events will have a 50% Deposit that is required when the event is booked. The rest of the 50% Payment will be charged the day of the event. We take all forms of payment. Gratuity is not required, but is appreciated. If an event has to be Cancelled we require a 36 hour Notice. If a Cancellation occurs within the correct amount of time, then the 50% deposit will be refunded. If the Cancellation occurs less than the 36 hour window, we will keep the 50% deposit. If we purchase alcohol and/or products for your event, after the client has been invoiced and charged for final payment, the products are yours to keep. We do not return alcohol and/or products.

Liability, Law Compliance, Exclusions, Limitations, and Incidentals

Drinks, Dames and Don’s is a licensed and insured business in the State of Illinois. Drinks, Dames and Don’s does not endorse the over consumption of alcoholic beverages. The client assumes all Liability for themselves and their party guests if any form of negligence arises from the consumption of alcohol. Should a client and/or his or her party guest(s) become ill and/or injured while under the influence of alcohol, the client and/or his or her guest(s) assume All Responsibility for any financial expenses including but not limited to medical bills, vehicle repairs, and all other damaged personal property. This agreement is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including health and safety codes, alcoholic beverage control laws, disability laws, federal anti-terrorism laws and regulations.
